Long and short, you can deposit your week up to two weeks before check in and pay a fee to have the trading power restored to if you had deposited it at nine months. Here are the Guidelines for it.

While I was holding with Interval to cancel an exchange, I did a live chat with RCI and found out that the cost is 69 U.S. and 95 CAD.
