What experiences have you had with Velas Vallarta (Marina) in terms of selling or renting? We got caught in the 2008 scam where we bought 4 studios that had been supposedly rented and income producing. Just called Velas to see if they would do an even exchange, no fees involved, and they pay closing fees, for a two bedroom, 1 week. They want $700 in closing fees from us. No Thanks.
