You will own Thunderbird Resort but can freely exchange to the two other properties in QM Resort in Reno, Nevada. Annual fees $850 however, you get two weeks per year and they can roll over. Currently with about 3 weeks available to use. Let me know if you would like it free of charge as I have 4 resorts and need to give one away.
