I listed my time share in Vegas and just got a text offering to rent it from a couple with two kids coming here from Germany. Problem is the money was to be sent within a couple of days from the man's company by money order. I turned it down. By the time the money order got here and I cashed it, enough time would pass that they would have the rental documents in hand and in Vegas.
