What if you already have an RCI account?

If you buy into Wyndham but already have an RCI account (platinum member, actually) and a separate timeshare, how does that work? Do you end up with two separate RCI memberships or can they roll your TPU's from your RCI weeks account into your Wyndham/RCI account?

Just curious how it all works.
