The annual meeting of Ocean Villas Homeowners Assoc., Inc. was held on Saturday, Nov 7, 2015 at the Dare County Library.
The 2016 budget was approved with few modifications for the 2016 annual maintenance fee of $485.00 per unit/week.
Maintenance fee billings will go out mid December 2015
and they are due by January 31, 2016.
