Nuevo Vallarta and VDP Flamingos questions

Arriving at VDP Flamingos in late Jan. I'm interested in golf and fishing info in that area, as opposed to info for PV itself. We've stayed @ the Flamingos before, but it has been a few years.

Any suggestions or other recommendation (dining, shops , etc.) in the Bucerias area??
