Na Pali Kauai Club, part of the Alii Kai II resort, is supposed to be selling all units and distributing the proceeds to deeded owners according to the number of weeks owned.
A recent email from Jim Windham stated there have been no offers on the units so the price was being reduced.
We have been staying at the Alii Kai II resort for the last two weeks and there are no signs anywhere indicating any units at Alii Kai II are for sale.
As usual, things do not compute. I'll check into it starting tomorrow.
