I did a factory reset on my old iPad 2 today having booted up my iPad Air 2 christmas gift to myself a little early. I was intending to pass it on to a friend who hasn't graduated from a desktop yet. With a factory reset supposedly deleting all personal information, family photos, frequented sites and saved passwords, is all that data really wiped out? Could a savy teen recover all our personal stuff, if there is any risk I won't offer it.
