I need some very quick help as my offer expires tomorrow (January 9, 2016) and the letter simply indicates I need to have noticed by then. Does that mean I can send it via UPS by then, or with certified international mail by then or does it need to arrive to the office by that date ? Thank you very much in advice TUG users.
