Just a reminder to double check your end-of-year transactions, including RCI deposits and/or credit pooling. These are done by hand, and the VCs can easily mis-type a number. You usually can't see the evidence until the next day or two, when the updated point totals post to Wyndham/RCI, but check to make sure that the results are what you expect.
If something goes wrong, I find it more effective to start with email to Owner Services, via the contact link, rather than to call. Plus I avoid a long hold time...
