Forgive me if this has been explained elsewhere ... Bluegreen member here, searching for RCI points exchange. To initiate an OGS, the fee is $209. I understand this is refundable if no matches are made, but my question is if a match is made, does the $209 cover my exchange fee? I don't mind paying for an ongoing search, but $200+ seems like a lot to search for just a few properties. Thanks for any clarification.
